The Role:

• Report to the Finance and Operation Manager
• Handle daily accounting operation including invoices input, bank reconciliation and filling
• Handle orders processing, billing and cash collection
• Handle stock management: logistics arrangement and inventory
• Coordinate with internal departments for logistics enquiries
• Provide general office administrative support
• All other ad-hoc assignments
  
  

Requirements:

• Diploma / Certificate of Accounting or other related discipline
• 1-2 years relevant working experience in accounting and orders processing, retail experience is highly preferred
• Knowledge in ERP systems is a must, hands on experience of Microsoft NAV would be an advantage
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel
• Good command of both written and spoken English
• Able to work independently, attention to details, self-motivated and willing to learn
• Immediately available is preferred
