Job Description
Responsibilities
- Perform all rounded HR functions including recruitment, compensation and benefits, performance management, employee relations and daily operations
- Handle work visa application for expatriate employees
- Perform statistic and prepare analysis reports
- Work on ad hoc projects when assigned
Requirements
- Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years solid relevant working experience
- Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance
- Proficient in computer skills including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Self-motivated and able to perform multi-tasks
- Proficient in spoken and written Chinese (Mandarin) and spoken English.
