Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and support the overall human resources operations, including recruitment
  • compensation and benefits, performance management, training and development, budgeting and employee relations / engagement, HR e-newsletter as well as office administration matters
  • Manage and support HR / corporate-wide programs and/or initiatives e.g. corporate culture, SAP system, best employee program, talent management and so forth
  • Review and develop HR policies and practices; implement new initiatives, ensure compliance with all people policies set by the organization
  • Serve as a business partner to line management in all Human Resources matters and provide value-added HR services
  • Perform other ad-hoc projects as and when required

 

Requirements:

  • Degree Holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines;
  • At least 7 years’ relevant and hands-on experience preferably in IT industry / Financial Services industry
  • Knowledge in best HR practices, well- versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other related regulatory practices
  • Experience in Taiwan will be an advantage
  • High level of integrity, able to work independently and manage multi-tasks at the same time
  • Mature, good team spirit, flexible, customer focus, detail-minded, self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility
  • Excellent communication, planning, analytical and people management skills
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English, Chinese (Mandarin is a must)
  • Strong PC skills in MS Office including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
