Responsibilities:

• Lead the current ongoing SAP FICO implementation and support activities in ECC6.0.
• Provides business analysis and process redesign expertise in SAP-FICO functions and processes.
• Prepare detailed functional specifications for reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, forms and workflows.
• Support peripheral systems and interfaces related to Finance business.
• Design and execute test plans to ensure that business requirements and functional specifications are implemented properly and meet business objectives.
• Develop business relationships and integrate activities with other IT areas to ensure successful implementation and support project efforts.
• Prepare detailed functional specifications for reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, forms and workflows.
• Proactively work with Project Managers and Regional SAP Project Teams to resolve technical issues and to champion closure on business & technical issues related to process, business rules and configuration, in order to achieve the ultimate business goals
• Develop training material for the business key users & conduct key user training.
• Drive and assist with the End-to-End testing across SAP modules and non-SAP systems. Sound knowledge of understanding the Enterprise Application Interface in order to efficiently troubleshoot interface issues.
• Monitor and report to management on the status of project efforts, anticipating/identifying issues that inhibit the attainment of project goals and implementing corrective actions and for later improvements.
• Review commercial contract
• Assist in business evaluation and proposal
• Perform other duties as required.

Requirements:

• Minimum of at least five (5) years' experience with SAP FICO support and development including GL, AR, AP, Taxes, Cost and Profit Center Accounting, Product costing, Special Purpose Ledgers, Fixed Assets and BW reporting.
• Experience in contract law
• Cost accounting knowledge especially activity based costing preferable
• Good project management skills, operating as part of a team organizing, planning, and executing large scale projects from vision through implementation.
• Must have strong experience managing resources and project plans.
• Should be able to guide the project with Industry Best Practices.
• Broad understanding of SAP both from technical and functional perspective.
• A Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Finance or Accounting is desired.
• Proficient using SharePoint and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Project).
