Job Duties:

- Responsible for security product solutions presales and implementation; 

- System integration experience prefered;

- Priovide technical support to our existing customers and ensure support SLA is met,

Requirements:

- Degree in Information Technology / Computer Science / Engineering or equivalent

- At least 2 years relevant experience preferred

- CISSP, CISA or MCSE: Security certification preferred

- Foundational knowledge of network technologies, TCP/IP, network security, cyber security

- Hands-on experience in security solutions such as: firewall, Anti-spam Gateway, IDS/IPS, DLP, etc

- Experience on application, solution and database support

- Excellent communication and analytical skills
