Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Report to IT Manager of the User Department
- First Line PC /LAN/ Server Suport for 300 users
- Ah-hoc Change request and System enhancement
- Perform routine service tasks and end user support
Requirements
- At least 5 years relevant working experiences in IT and Network Supports
- At least 2 years experience ( Server-side support) in Government Sectors
- Microsoft Certifed Professional (MCITP)
- Cisco Certificate Network Assoicate (CCNA)
