Job Description

 

The FP&A Manager is responsible for the Group’s annual budget, monthly forecast, management reporting packs, review business cases and support M&A activities.  

 Key Area of Responsibility: 

  • Coordinate, drive and perform the Group’s annual budget and monthly forecast processes.
  • Prepare and improve monthly management reporting packs and provide insightful commentaries to senior management
  • Review business cases and financial models to provide strategic analysis to support business decision
  • Support and partner with cross-function departments on key business initiatives and projects at group level
  • Act as ERP lead in defining management reporting and forecasting requirements
  • Support management in M&A activities as needed
  • Ad-hoc projects as assigned
  • Directly report to Group Finance Director
  • Work closely with Finance colleagues in Hong Kong and overseas financial controllers
  • Also work close with individuals at all levels in all departments.

 Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline. 
  • Qualified CPA
  • At least 3 years of Big 4 experience + 3 years commercial experience in FP&A / management accounting
  • Commercial experience in a mid-sized to large MNC with telecom work experience preferred
  • Exposure of being part of a large accounting team and work with multiple overseas teams
  • Excellent communication, time/priority management and problem solving skills
  • Highly proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Attention to details
  • Able to work and delivery quality products under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent understanding of business processes and good practices
  • Highly adaptive in the Group's expansion and developments
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Self-motivated and highly energetic; consistently demonstrate professional, positive and approachable attitude in a multi-cultural environment
  • Willing to take initiative and ownership at work
  • Immediate available preferred
