Responsibilities

• To prepare financial tasks including data input, AR and AP functions and maintenance of general ledger
• To ensure daily accounting transactions and general ledger accuracy and proper allocation
• To process payment and issue monthly customer statements
• To coordinate and reconcile quarterly inventory count
• To Support and assist the financial and management reporting of the business including the month-end closing, annual audit, and tax planning
• Assist to improve the internal control system and related work processes
• Engage in process improvement projects to ensure operational efficiency and financial integrity
• To assist in Sage ERP(ACCPAC) System and other management reporting system re-engineering, system migration and implementation
• To perform other ad hoc financial related projects

Requirements:

• Degree holder in finance, accounting or other related disciplines 
• Minimum 3 years of solid experience in handling full set of Account, with adequate accounting concept & knowledge
• Experience in logistic / e-business or related industry is preferred
• Proficiency in MS office especially Excel & Word. 
• Good character and ethics, with team spirit;
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Good organization, communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills
• Immediate available preferred
