Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
* Warm-call customers for membership/services subscription & renewal
* Follow up with customers from invitations through membership subscription completion
* Update and maintain customer details using in-house applications
* Respond to customer enquiries
* Provide administrative and clerical support
* Perform ad hoc duties as and when required
Requirements:
* F7-graduated with 2 years+ working experience
* Fluent in spoken Japanese and English/Chinese
* Pleasant, organized, self-motivated, capability to multi-tasking
* Good computer skills such as MS Office
* Immediate available is preferred
