Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee and maintain contents of the company’s website, social media and other on-line marketing channels
• Develop all marketing and PR materials and communications tools for respective channel(s) including but not limited to advertising write up, copywriting, press release, advertorial, corporate brochure/profile and newsletter, marketing materials copywriting and proofreading
• Assist manager in developing and implementing offline and online campaigns/ events
• Coordinate and build close relationship with media and journalists to maximize brand exposure through interview and quality coverage
• Support various sales & marketing teams by coordinating advertising, PR and promotional activities including but not limited to the product launch, seasonal/promotional functions, exhibition, joint promotion, seminar, roadshow. 
• Responsible for handling production of marketing materials including marketing collaterals, POS & product packaging, as well as registration & administration of the above mentioned promotional activities.
• Centralize and maintain all marketing and promotional materials

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Journalism/Communications/Marketing or related discipline
• Should have latest social media marketing concept and valid practical experience
• Min. 2 years’ hands-on PR or marketing experience, preferably in beauty/skin care or consumer product industry
• Solid PR background with good connection and relationship with related media
• Result-driven, marketing oriented with good beauty and marketing sense
• Extensive knowledge & experience of online marketing Media including Facebook, Google+, Instagram Youtube & forum etc.
• Excellent planning skills, project management skills and multi-tasking
• Good organizational & analytical skills and detailed-oriented
• Excellent command of spoken and written English & Chinese.  Fluency in Putonghua is an advantage
• Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese word processing
• Immediate or short notice is preferred
