Job Responsibilities:   

• Drive different Sales & Marketing Teams to achieve Company’s business objectives and targets through planning and implementing effective sales strategies.
• Identify new business opportunity with the ultimate aim to increase sales, market expansion, profitability and optimize expenses.
• Capable to maximize Marketing ROI.
• Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the market of new and existing products that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
• Manage ongoing strategic development of the company’s brand(s) and providing an integrated marketing platform/message to the marketplace.
• Drive strategic marketing planning from concept through budgeting, metrics, and assessment to support overall sales, margin and customer targets.
• Utilize diverse marketing functions to provide strategic support for key business drivers and to support the company's key growth and branding initiatives.
• Coordinate all Sales & Marketing plans, events and materials for all Sales teams in order to align with the corporate image and development.
• Strengthen media relations to reinforce brand image & awareness and maximize exposure within the approved budget
• Coordinate online marketing activities and website contents for all Sales & Marketing teams to capture rapid profitable growth in Mainland China
• Lead and inspire team members in goals and objectives achievement  

 Requirements:

• Bachelor / Master Degree holder in Marketing or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years’ proven sales and marketing working experience in product sales with achievement, with at least 2 years of senior leadership
• Pro-active, result-driven, independent, proven team leading, with strong business sense
• Excellent planning, project management as well as execution skills
• Enjoy challenges and passionate in winning
• Good interpersonal and communications skills, self-motivated and a good team leader and player
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Mandarin are MUST.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Traditional Chinese word processing are must
• Occasional traveling in Mainland China and Asia Pacific Region is required
• Immediate or short notice would be an advantage
