Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide the end-user support and Server administration tasks
- Diagnose and troubleshooting on system, software, hardware and networking issues
- Documentation on system and network infrastructure
Job Requirements:
- Diploma holder or above in Computer, IT or related discipline
- Minimum of 2 years relevant experience
- Hand-on experience in Windows Server (DHCP, DNS, File & Print, Active Directory), MS Exchange
- Knowledge on Anti-Virus solutions (SEP, OfficeScan etc)
- Basic systems and network knowledge (e.g. TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, firewalls etc)
- Holder of MCSE or MCITP is preferred.
- Must be a team player, committed to working in a quality environment
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Immediate available
