Requirement:

• Good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Engineer degree and at least 5 years’ management experience in Quality Control & Quality Assurance on various product field, including electronics appliance, sundries, garment, furniture, gifts & premiums etc.
• Good Team player
• Proactive, independent and with good communication & analyzing skills.
• Detail minded, innovative, able to bring in new ideas and processes.
• Station in Dongguan
• Frequent travel in China
• Immediate available is preferred
  

Job Duties:

• Communicate with the quality department in France & customer, to well understand their quality requirement on the products.
• Manage of the QC & QA team in Shenzhen, Dongguan, and Shanghai to train the QC &QA to do inspection or factory audit. Develop the training & learning materials
• Manage the checklist to the inspection team to pay attention when they conduct final inspection
• Lead the team to support all internal audit & inspections, customer audits, third party audits & inspections
• Implement the corrective actions to the suppliers and verify their effectiveness
• Cooperate with the merchandising team, to investigate the customers’ claims & complaint, implement the action plans and address to the supplier to follow
• Manage of the report & statistics of QC & QA department, together with suggestion or improvement to the top management
