Objective of the Position
This position has the overall responsibility for the development of the IT grand design and IT operational function including policies and procedures for the China Region (including Hong Kong and Macau)

Key Job Responsibilities

• Plan, design and roll out the new program or system change in China (including Hong Kong and Macau)) to ensure all systems provide adequate support to the China Region
• Liaise with internal users in various teams to explore system and work process enhancement opportunities and concentrate on system analysis and modification. 
• Support and Maintain company system.
• Develop, maintain and administer company website
• Support Kumon Center IT operation administration
• Provide technical training to internal users in the region.
• Be accountable for the business ERPs operations and development
• Evaluate and identify the IT risks and controls and delivery of solutions
• Formulate and Set up the IT Policies and Procedures
• Manage computer stock list and procurement and be responsible for IT Budgeting
• Set up and maintain High-Availability and Disaster Recovery solutions
• Develop and enforce database standards, guidelines and operational policies and procedures
• Formulate recommendations on the adoption and development of new technology applications, management system, and improvement initiatives.

Basic Job Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Computer/Electronic Engineering/ Information Technology or related disciplines
• At least 5 years of relevant working experience in MNC with 2 years leader’s experience
• Ability to think strategically, to oversee the operation and development of IT services according to business strategies and need of different teams.
• Strong interest and solid knowledge in Internet, networking, data management, PC software and knowledge in UNIX / LINUX is preferred
• Solid experience in developing and deploying systems in regional perspectives is needed
• Good analytical and strong communication skills is required
• Good command of English, Cantonese and Putonghua. Proficiency in Japanese Language will be an added advantage
