Responsibility: 
-Manage customer data for campaign management and develop CRM programs 
-Take the lead in digital marketing and leverage on the social media platform to enhance brand exposure, support marketing event, product promotion and communications 
-Manage and plan customer loyalty clubs and activities to enhance loyalty and support sales 
-Website management and digitization of communication materials 
-Internal and external corporate event management and support 
-Provide product marketing support - advertising and production of marketing collaterals, selling tools, event management, etc 
Requirement: 
-A degree holder in Business Administration/Marketing or equivalent 
-With over 5-8 years relevant job experience in Banking, finance or insurance industry 
-Extensive experience in communications and advertising in multi-national organizations, with profound knowledge in the field of CRM and digital marketing 
-With high standard of spoken and written English and Chinese, Mandarin is an added advantage
