Job Description

• Responsible for sourcing, cost negotiations, quality control, credit term and buying seafood items
• Place orders following the sales requirements
• Follow up with suppliers to ensure delivery of goods (time and destination required)
• Maintenance of suppliers database
• Travel from time to time to meet suppliers and check on the quality
• Develop & maintain purchasing strategies to optimize the potential value of the supply markets
• Plan, source and develop new potentials suppliers/vendors for economical procurement.
• Submission of cost and prices reports to Management.
• Any other duties as deemed fit by the Management.
• Request, compare and analyze quotations from suppliers

Requirement

• Degree in Business / Sourcing / Food trading  / related discipline preferable;
• Excellent command of English, Cantonese, Mandarin in both written and spoken
• At least 3 year-experience in a similar position, 
• Responsible and able to work independently and under pressure, Self-motivated; excellent time management, prioritization, negotiation, and influencing skills
• Autonomous, Mature, high level of integrity, well-organized, willing to work in a multicultural environment
• Good interpersonal and communication skills;
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese word processing
