Responsibilities

• Explore, source, develop and expand insurance business opportunities for the Group
• Strategic planning and support for the Group’s insurance business in Asia
• Support superiors to formulate and develop marketing plan for insurance business
• Keep abreast of market trend and conduct ongoing evaluation on performance of existing insurance business in South East Asia
• Research and report Asian insurance market to management
• Compile reports of group insurance business

Requirement

• University graduate with at least 5 years of relevant experience in insurance industry
• Knowledge of insurance products, channel operation and the relevant regulatory requirements
• Highly self-motivated, initiative and able to develop business plan
• Independent, committed and with excellent interpersonal skills 
• Excellent communication and report writing skills, present to management
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin; Japanese preferable
• Less experienced candidate might be considered for Assistant Manager
• Immediate available is highly preferred
