Job Responsibility:

• System administration
• IT audit and internal control
• User support, help desk and hardware (PC, tablet PC, smart phone, TV conference system, PABX and network) / software maintenance and administration
• Purchase / payment of IT related assets / expenses, negotiation with supplier and IT budget

Requirements:

• A higher diploma or above in I.T. or related disciplines
• 1-year IT experience (Fresh graduate will also be considered)
• Interested in user support and willing to work under pressure
• Experience in server (Windows and Linux), tablet, smart phone and network support
• Knowledge in Symantec Antivirus, MS Office, Microsoft Windows, SAP, Microsoft Outlook and accounting 
• Fluent English and Cantonese (speaking and writing)
• Understanding of Mandarin/Japanese are definitely an advantage
• Understanding of Computer Security, IT Internal Control are definitely an advantage
• Have to work overtime (before 9:30 or after 17:45)/Saturday/Sunday/Public Holiday
• Have to work at China occasionally and work with staff from other countries.
