Responsibilities

• Perform system monitoring and trouble shooting
• Manage and support system and network environments
• Deploy software and hardware upgrades to the production servers and sites
• Manage inventory control of hardware and software
• Maintain Backup Systems
• Provide helpdesk support for all computer users
• Provide technical training to computer users as required
  
  
  

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Computer / Information Technology or related disciplines
• 2+ years related working experience
• Knowledge of Microsoft AD, Email Server, DNS, Web Server, FTP Server, Linux Server, Windows Server 2008
• Experience on Fortinet, Juniper and Cisco Firewall as well as VMware ESX is a plus
