Responsibilities:

• Provide 2nd tier support in technical issues
• Handle email support enquiries on our services
• System and network Infrastructure design
• Writing user manuals in using our service
• Deploy new application and software upgrades

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Computer / Information Technology or related disciplines
• 1-2 years related working experience
• Knowledge of Email Server, DNS, Web Server, FTP Server, Linux, Windows 2003/2008/2012, Exchange Server 2010/2013, TCP/IP, SSL, DNS, Cloud Server
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and techniques to identify the source of problems with solutions
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command in written English and Chinese
• Fluency in Cantonese, English
• Service-oriented and hard-working
• Good team spirit
• Able to work independently and under pressure
