Job Duties

• Provide day-to-day end-user support, PC/LAN administration and trouble-shooting.
• Perform system implementation, daily operations, backup, system monitoring and trouble shooting.
• Provide administration and maintenance on Windows 2003/2008/2012 Servers, Microsoft Exchange Server, VMWare, Firewall, Cisco switch and routers.
• Apply regular security patch, install fixes, perform system health check.
• Set up, maintain, and monitor server backup jobs and necessary data restoration tasks.
• Handle ad hoc system support, project implementation and documentation.

Job Requirements

• Degree or Diploma holder in Computer Science or related disciplines, MCITP/CCNA is an advantage.
• A minimum of 2-3 years work experience in infrastructure administration and end-user support.
• Hands-on experience in supporting VMware ESXi, Microsoft Exchange server, Active Directory, and Windows server backup.
• Good knowledge of TCP/IP networking, Cisco routers/LAN switches, and firewall administration.
• Resourceful, Self-initiative, responsible, good interpersonal & communication skills and able to work under pressure.
• Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese.
• Work Location: Quarry Bay.
