Job Scope:

• Manage the efficiency of all the processes and the cost effectiveness along the supply chain
• Responsible for the production planning for our own/OEM plants and monitor the full spectrum of the operation from procurement to distribution and report on important deliverables, milestones and processes
• Follow up orders, coordinate and liaise with plants/OEM subcontractors, warehouse/delivery centres, and regional sales offices to ensure the supply is smooth and on schedule
• Prepare and update the stock analysis report regularly and to maintain a healthy inventory level
• Monitor and resolve the issues of aging goods and/or materials
• Manage and maintain good relationships with existing suppliers/subcontractors and manage OEMs in China, including negotiations for contracts, orders, quality, price and delivery for products and supplies
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor
  

Requirements:

• At least 5 years work experiences in supply chain, preferably in manufacturing
• Bachelor degree holder in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or related disciplines
• Diligent, good team player with high sense of responsibility, good coordination skills and execution abilities
• Proficient in Excel, Pivot Table
• Fluent in English and Chinese (Putonghua and Cantonese)
• Willing to travel 30% of the time to Mainland China
