Roles and Responsibilities:

• Assist with project planning and coordination of projects end to end ensuring that a project is on time, to specification and to best in class quality standards.
• Understand customers needs, timing and pressures both internal and external.
• Ensure that the designer / developer understands the customers brand identity, key messages and business goals for the website and ensure that they translate these into a fully functional website utilizing best practice usability, design and coding principles.
• Ensure clear and consistent communication to the customers and ensure that issues are resolved within required time frames and improve the customer experience.

• Excellent analytical skills
• IT degree with strong understanding of mobile/web technologies
• Exceptional time management and multi-tasking skills
• Responsible, with the ability to work autonomously
• Attention to detail
• Enthusiastic & self motivated
