Requirements:

• Tertiary educational background with off shore experience
• Minimum 10 years’ or above relevant technical experience in All our product groups including Outdoor, Main Woven, Jersey and Sweater which covers a wide range of items including woven jackets, leather jackets, padded & down jackets, wool jackets, shirts, blouses, cargo pants, denim bottoms, T-shirts, polo shirts, sweat shirts, sweater, cardigan, fine knit pullover, etc.
• Strong knowledge of fabric, fitting, paper pattern, sewing, size specification, pattern modification and garment construction for bulk production
• Responsible for working closely with suppliers and our merchandising teams in providing technical and quality assurance assistance to ensure that all samples are manufactured and submitted for approval in timely manner and good quality
• Able to work and communicate with European buyers, fit technicians and/or merchandising teams independently as well as with the suppliers
• Required to participate in suppliers’ pre-production meetings, carry out in-line and final inspection according to the company’s quality control requirements, and to prepare inspection report within the designated timeline
• In-depth technical knowledge in raw material & garment production is a must
• Good communication skill & good command of written & spoken English, Cantonese & Mandarin
• Frequent travel is required
