• At least 2 years relevant experience in management of factories
• Responsible for overseeing all aspects of the factory operation
• With understanding of routines manufacturing management
• Aggressive, self-motivated
• Good command of spoken and written Vietnamese is a must
• Willing to travel and work overseas, should station in Vietnam average 4 months per year
