The successful incumbent will take the responsibilities as follows:

Job Responsibilities:

• Categories: bags, shoes and accessories.
• Monitor and coordinate the product development cycle.
• Ensure desired merchandise quality can be achieved whereas delivery is under good control.
• Work with designers and merchandisers on sourcing while quality and cost controlling can be maintained.
• Be a technician to resolve for any workmanship and/or quality issues.
• Assist to liaise with logistics and vendors for delivery arrangements.
• Monitor and control production expenses.
• Recap goods receipts and reports for delivery discrepancy.

Requirements:

• Diploma or above; merchandising or production related discipline is preferred.
• 5 years or more related working experience.
• Flexible and adaptable to volatile product development cycle or ad-hoc projects.
