Responsibilities

-          (Office based) Support CRM manager on project co-ordination, basic copywriting, workflow development, print & production, data mining and consolidation, and admin work as required.

-          (Store based) Serve as loyalty program ambassadors to handle customer enquiries/cases at membership migration counter, facilitate card change/adoption of virtual and physical card. Will be assigned to operate one of the service counters at store.

-          Training will be provided for membership program and store support.

Requirements:

-          High diploma or university graduate with at least 2 years of experience

-          Marketing, training or customer service background with interest in CRM

-          Presentable and good communications skills

-          Customer oriented with retail experience is an advantage

-          Organized, self-motivated with attention to detail

-          A faster learner with the ability to work under fast paced environment
