Responsibilities:

• liaising and networking with a range of stakeholders including customers, colleagues, suppliers and partner organizations;
• sourcing advertising opportunities and placing adverts in the medias – local and specialist publications;
• managing the production of marketing materials, including leaflets, posters, flyers, newsletters, e-newsletters, etc.;
• writing and proofreading copy;
• liaising with designers and printers;
• arranging the effective distribution of marketing materials;
• maintaining and updating customer databases;
• organizing and attending events such as conferences, seminars, receptions and exhibitions;
• contributing to, and developing, marketing plans and strategies;
• evaluating marketing campaigns;
• monitoring competitor activity;
• supporting the marketing manager and other colleagues.

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder in marketing, communications, languages or related fields;
• At least 1 year working experience in marketing communication, advertising field or related fileds;
• Attentive to details, self-motivated, responsible, creative, organized and good communication skills;
• Good knowledge of PC skill (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Chinese WP), Adobe Photoshop & illustrator;
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
