Responsibilities:

• Assist CRM manager to work with vendor for new CRM system implementation and ensure its effectiveness and efficiency by performing UAT processing
• Provide support in developing and implementing marketing plans & CRM program including member’s activities and events
• Manage and manipulate the database to generate reports and analyze results for all CRM initiatives
• Assist in daily operation on CRM Program or digital platform updates
• Support CS Department in handling customer enquiries, complaints regarding to the new CRM system or other member benefit and advice CS Team for the solution
• Prepare the workflow documentation and training materials for CRM program
• Development of customer data for database marketing and long term CRM Strategic planning and implementation

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Marketing, at least 4 years relevant experience in marketing and experience in new CRM System implementation is a MUST
• Meticulous, able to work independently and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and knowledge of Photoshop
• Excellent command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
