Our Client is world renowned retail group. They are currently seeking for a high-caliber to join them.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee multiple stores in Hong Kong
• Motivate and bring the team to achieve business revenue
• On-site working at different stores to observe and monitor the sales performance
• Develop and implement the retail sales and operations strategies to achieve customer satisfaction
• Manage staff performance and ensure excellent customer satisfaction
• Arrangement of all frontline staff working schedule and the roster
• Ensure to delivery of effective training programs for frontline
• Work closely with buying team for inventory management

Requirements:

• Degree holder
• Minimum 5 years retail operation experience for multiple stores
• Excellent analytical, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, strong business sense with good negotiation and communication skills
• Able to work independently and strong leadership skills
• Good command in written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
