Responsibilities 

• Assist in the planning and implementation of marketing plans, CEM and CRM development and affiliate programs with direct contribution to high sales growth
• Analyze customer data ,business trends and consumer insights to ensure that all marketing plans are in line with the business needs
• Work closely with operations, suppliers, advertising and media agencies on marketing initiatives and brand building initiatives
• Accountable for P&L, A&P budget control and sales analysis 

Requirements

• University graduate in Marketing, Business Administration or related disciplines
• Minimum 3-4 years experience in brand or product management in the FMCG,beauty or retail sectors
• Experience in CRM, IMC projects and social platforms is preferred
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficiency in MS Office, Excel and Powerpoint
• A team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong analytical skills and number sense
