Major Responsibilities:

• Work closely with each business unit in both merchandising and operations, she/he has to ensure the articulation of innovative marketing concepts into practical marketing tools and sales pitches;
• Lead in the execution of marketing activities and designated promotional campaigns;
• Support the Marketing Department on various marketing administrative functions including preparation of visitors’ statistics report and expenses report, direct marketing, data entry and analysis, premium inventory management and housekeeping, etc. 
• Liaise with external suppliers regarding production and scheduling of marketing materials and premiums and ensure deadlines are met;
• Assist in consumer research and obtaining marketing intelligence for business development projects
• Perform ad-hoc projects as required.

Requirements:

• Degree in business or marketing disciplines;
• Minimum 3 years’ solid experience in marketing/promotional activities in retail or branding;
• Working as project leader, knowledge of CRM and Social Media are added advantages;
• Eager to learn, creative individual with good interpersonal and communication skills;
• Details-oriented, high level of accuracy and ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines;
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Candidate who has more relevant work experience will be considered as “Assistant Manager – Retail Marketing”
