Responsibilities:

• To head the Corporate Communications Division of the Association and its subsidiary PR company;
• To formulate and implement effective communications strategies to enhance the profile and awareness of  the Association and its subsidiaries;
• To coordinate the production of press releases and articles and maintain close liaison with the media;
• To manage the production of corporate publications including monthly magazines and annual reports;
• To produce/develop and update regularly the Association’s corporate video, website and Facebook;
• To monitor and assess media reports relating to the Association and its subsidiaries, respond to media enquiries and resolve media crises.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism or Communications;
• A minimum of 15 years’ working experience in corporate communications field, of which at least 5 years at senior managerial level, heading the corporate communications function of a sizeable organization;
• Solid experience in handling media relations, responding to media crises and organizing press conferences and PR activities;
• Proactive, creative and able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines;
• Good management, leadership, interpersonal and communication skills;
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
