Responsibilities:

• Responsible for new products registration, data entry, price change, item modification
• Issue Purchase Order for local & overseas consolidation
• Prepare Purchase/ Consignment Agreement
• Follow up contract and payment application
• Prepare regular reports by capturing data from system
• Provide clerical support to buying team

Requirements:

• Secondary school education or above with 2 years administration experience
• Proficiency in MS Office and MS Excel, familiar with functions such as vlookup, IF etc
• Good Command of spoken / written English and Chinese (Mandarin)
• Proactive, strong interpersonal skill and able to work independently
