Job Description

• Coordinate with overseas buyers from sample development, orders follow up until completion of shipment
• Liaison between buyers and suppliers, identifies potential problems and able to make appropriate recommendations to customers and suppliers.
• Discuss with the buyers & management level in China, Hong Kong & French office to determine the best solution
• Monitor and report any potential frauds that may have collision over the production period.
• Frequent travel to China office, vendors factory or exhibition in mainland China is required

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree holder
• At least 3-5 years’ experience in audio-appliances product for Europe market is an advantage.
• Systematic, logical with numerical reasoning and well-organized
• Passionate, team player, energetic, strong sense of responsibilities, and action oriented
• Independent and self-motivated with excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
• Fluency in verbal & written in English and spoken Putonghua and Cantonese is a must
• Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Word including Chinese Word Processing
• Immediately available is preferred.
