Job responsibilities:

1/  Achieve sales and P&L target
     i) increase product listing & distribution and brand presence at retail level via collaboration with distributors or direct   operation
     ii)  plan and initiate trade promotion
    iii) monitor pricing and competitive activities
     iv) manage and support distribution channels in fulfilling sales objectives and achieving the best market coverage

2/  Manage new product delivery
   - Lead and collaborate with Regional Product team and Conair engineering, merchandising and customer service teams on

     i)  consumer & competitive research
     ii) technical approval compliance study
    iii) costing & pricing competitiveness 
      
3/  Achieve market share target via marketing communications & product development
     i) advertising strategy, creative brief, copy evaluation and media planning & execution
     ii) trade marketing activities (trade promotion, instore display & POS materials development) 
     iii) consumer / trade customers understanding and identifying business opportunities
     iv) analyse and execute category & product assortment and packaging execution, in accordance to regional guideline

4/   Ad hoc regional projects

Requirements:

• Degree holder of marketing and business
• Min 15 years of solid sales and marketing experience in FMCG products in Asia Pacific
• Strong initiative, creative, hardworking, strong sense of ownership and team player
• Fluent English and Chinese prerequisite, additional language eg Japanese / Korean a definite advantage

*Candidate with less experience will be considered as Associate Director
