• University graduate or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience in property management services
• MCIH or MHKIH is a must
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese
• The successful appointee will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the buildings/estates to ensure the standard of management services provided meet with the requirement of the owners/tenants, the provisions of the DMC, BMO and other relevant statutory requirements
• Applicant with less experience will be considered for the post of Assistant Property Manager
