Responsibilities:

• Prepare 5 years project plan of store development for Shanghai market in supporting the strategic plan of Store Development Division
• Support the development and implement of corporate wide new store development project process to enhance work communication with Shanghai Store Development Division and other Business Units
• Ensure a competent Store Development team in Shanghai office to provide technical supports for local projects.
• Establish a local professional team in Shanghai market ensuring the team members to deliver store development services with quality and standard to end users
• Establish and implement knowledge management platform with the customized programs to accelerate the competence of Shanghai project team members.
• Set up rotation program for staff members of Store Development Division enhancing their work exposure in their career development
• Support the development of standardized program of strategic items with implementation in new and renovation projects for bulk purchase arrangement
• Establish and review the contractor list in Markets (Hong Kong and Shanghai etc) ensuring competent contractors for tendering
• Plan and review the scheduled timelines for both new and renovation projects with client users and business partner

 Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering, Building Study, Project Management or related disciplines at least 10 years working experience in retail or F&B industry
• Hands on project/ on site management for managing fitting-out projects.
• Certificate of PMP or Facility Management will be an advantage.
• Able to handle multiple tasks under tight schedule and rapidly changing environment while maintaining attention to details and accuracy.
• Familiar with Licensing, Means of escape, FEHD and Building Regulations.
• Fluent in written and spoken in Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
• Willing to travel
