Responsibilities :

• Handle full spectrum of company secretarial matters to ensure the compliance with the applicable listing rules and other statutory laws and regulations.
• Provide professional advice to the Management on relevant compliance and company secretarial issues.
• Prepare press announcements, circulars, annual reports, interim / annual reports and relevant translations.
• Register, file and maintain all relevant company secretarial and statutory documents.
• Organize board of directors meetings, shareholders meetings and various committee meetings.
• Prepare and organize corporate compliance and related trainings/seminars to directors.
• Handle ad hoc projects from time to time.

Requirements :

• ICSA / HKICS associates
• Being named company secretary of listed company.
• Minimum 8 years' relevant company secretarial experience, with at least 4 years' experience with listed companies, preferably in the area of property, financial & funding as well as energy investment.
• Able to work independently upon own initiative and under minimum supervision.
• Proficiency in PC applications (including company secretarial programs such as CSA).
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua.
