Job Description
- Form 5 or above
- At least 1 year working experience in customer service & sales area, but those with potential and interest to develop in this field will also be considered
- Able to work under pressure with strong sense of customer service mindset
- Proficiency in both spoken Cantonese and Mandarin
- Well versed in Microsoft Word & Excel etc.
- Shift duty required
- No cold call required
- Working on overnight shift when required
- 中五程度或以上
- 至少 1年客戶服務或銷售行業工作經驗，無經驗但有志於客服行業發展者也可考慮
- 要求一定要有 “客户为先 ” 的服务精神，一切从帮助客户、满足客户角度出发
- 可以廣東話或普通話與客戶溝通
- 熟練操作電腦 OFFICE軟件
- 有需要輪班工作
- 無需進行電話銷售或出外見客
- 勤奮且達標者可月入二萬元
