Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to daily Sales & Service related activities;
- Data Entry of Order/Survey/Warranty, invoicing and KPI daily reporting
- Other ad-hoc assignment as required
Requirements:
- F.5 or above, knowledge of accounts principle will be an advantage
- Min. 1 year solid experience, preferably in service / maintenance centre
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Input
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Customer oriented, responsible, well organized
- Able to work under pressure with high accuracy, patient with strong numerical senses
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
