Retail Sales Representative - Shop / Telecommunication (Many Vacancies)

 

Our client, a leader in telecommunication industry in Hong Kong, is now looking for high potential candidates to join their retail operation department:

Responsiblities:

  • Deliver quality customer experience with expert knowledge, passion and care.
  • Promote and sell the products and services in professional sense
  • Achieve Sales/ Services Targets and meeting with customer needs
  • Handle Customer enquiries & complaints and provide customer service with patience and efficiency
  • Provide unique customer care
  • Develop a long-term customer relationship

Requirements:
  • F.5 or above
  • Relevant experience in retail industry preferred
  • Customer oriented with passion, patience and caring attitude
  • Result-oriented service manner, pleasant and cheerful personality
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese
  • Willing to take up shift duties and work on weekends and Public Holidays
