Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Assist in daily operations of beauty salon
2. Deliver professional and high quality customer services
3. Handle customers’ enquires, complaints and other ad hoc projects
4. Maintain strong relationships with customers
5. Provide professional customer services, detail-minded, have sense of responsibility and be a good team member
6. Provide general administrative and clerical support
7. Perform other ad hoc projects as assigned

Job Requirements:

1. Shift duties required
2. F. 5 graduate or above with two minimum related experiences are necessary
3. Positive attitudes with the ability to work independently
4. Well-organized with excellent interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills
5. Beauty spa or salon experiences are preferable
6. Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin & English
7. Good computer skills such as Excel, Words, Chinese Word Processing etc
8. Immediately available is an advantage
