An ideal candidate will be an ambitious self-starter, not intimidated by making 100+prospecting calls and meeting new people in a high-intensity environment, and looking to advance to a managerial role with us.


Job Description

The Junior Sales Associate is responsible for identifying and contacting prospects and responding to inbound requests, calling into prospect companies, including new and existing clients, qualifying potential opportunities, and scheduling initial product presentations between prospects and our sales team. Over time and after comprehensive training you will also be conducting product demonstrations for prospective customers and will develop into a product expert.

Major Responsibilities/Activities

  • Identify, qualify and develop new sales opportunities through email, phone, face to face meetings, trade shows and inbound leads.
  • Develop relationships with existing clients to drive further growth
  • Maintain a high level of detail managing all respective sales activities including activity logs, notes and emails within Findings Group’s CRM system
  • Respond to inquiries via email, incoming and outbound calls
  • Responsible for achieving agreed weekly targets such as number of qualified opportunities, number of daily activities/tasks, appointment setting and other controllable sales targets
  • Learn and conduct product demonstrations via virtual calls and in-person

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Native Cantonese speaker
  • Strong command of English
  • 1+ years sales related experience, preferably in a B2B environment
  • Experience with high-volume prospecting through email marketing and calling
  • Enthusiasm for and familiarity with high-end consumer brands
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Positive can-do attitude and self-motivated
  • Confident, assertive self-starter who is extremely organized and goal driven
  •  Team player
  • Ability to learn and think quickly
  • Prospect calling experience preferred
  • Proficiency with Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • CRM experience a plus

Remuneration and Benefits

  • Monthly base salary: HKD$13,000+ (negotiable)
  • Bonus scheme based on performance
  • Fast promotion based on performance
  • 5 day work week (9am to 6pm)
  • Comprehensive training provided
