Responsibilities:

• Responsibility of Logistics Operations in Hong Kong

• Closely co-operate with department manager and handle daily communication with external and internal customers

• Handle billing and administration works of the department

• Provide accurate and regular update to customers of shipping status

• Any ad-hoc assignment by department manager and director

Requirements:

• F. 5 or above

• At least 3 years of working experience in logistics industry

• Able to handling full set of documents and operation

• Good PC skills in Word, Excel, Chinese Word Processing, outlook, etc.

• Proficient in English and Chinese in both written and spoken, including Mandarin

• Excellent in communication and interpersonal skills

• Detailed-minded with good team player

• Frequently travel to Mainland China is required

• Willing to work over time

• Immediately available is highly preferred
