Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the cargo operation for ocean shipment, including day-to-day liaison with co-working departments, customers and business partners

• Responsible for daily sea freight operation of FCL, LCL and Consolidation

• Handle full set of import and export documentation, custom declaration included Tradelink and ROCARS, etc. as well as Local and China transportation

• Input B/L, selling and buying data into application system, including checking cargo status and searching shipping schedule

• Reply routine enquiries from customers or oversea partners

• Prepare quotations, reports and required documents when necessary

Requirements:

• F. 5 or above

• At least 1 years of working experience in sea freight forwarding

• Able to handling full set of documents and operation

• Good command of English and Mandarin with good communication skills

• Good PC skills in Word, Excel, Chinese Word Processing, Outlook, etc.

• Frequently travel to Mainland China is required
