The Swatch Group is growing rapidly in retail and distribution. To cope with such growth, we would like to invite candidates with talent in import/export operations to join our Logistic division. The candidate who joined us would have a chance to learn from our well established in and outbound supply chain flow, and will gradually move into a more energetic role to handle a multi markets shipping operations. We also encourage fresh graduates who would like to begin their career in the logistic field with us.

Responsibilities :

• Liaise with brand HQ, overseas shipper and consignee with regard to shipping pre-alert, notification and transfer from freight forwarder to warehouse
• Handle full set of Import & Export shipping documents and declaration lodgment independently
• Keeping track of the shipment schedule and to ensure prompt delivery
• Facilitate new shipping route request for new business channels and special projects
• Ensure import & export documentation & necessary information are sufficient to comply with local regulations

Requirements :

• 2 years or above relevant shipping exposure in multimodal transportation is preferred
• Experience in handling I/E in high end consumer products is an advantage
• Fast learner, self-motivated, customer-oriented and attention to details
• Able to work independently, under pressure and meet deadline
