Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the cargo operation for ocean shipment, including day-to-day liaison with other co-working departments, customers and business partners
• Responsible for daily Sea Freight operation of FCL, LCL & Consolidation
• Able to handle full set of import & export documentation, custom declaration (eg. Tradelink & ROCARS….etc ) as well as Local & China transportation
• Input BL, selling & buying data into application system, including checking cargo status and searching shipping schedule.
• Reply routine enquiries from customers or oversea partners.
• Prepare quotations, reports & required documents when necessary 

Requirements:

•  F.5 or above
• At least 1-2 years of working experience in sea freight forwarding, experience in handling full set documents and operations is preferable.
• Good command of English & Mandarin with Good communication skills
• Good PC skills in Word, Excel, Chinese Word Processing
• Frequently travel to Mainland is required
