Responsibilities:

4  Order Management

• Provide end-to-end ordering management cycle to ensure optimal inventory level and time-to-market delivery in order to cope with business sales target and market strategies
• Analyze & monitor counter inventory and liaise with different internal stakeholders to execute stock return / transfer in order to maintain optimal counter stock mix
• Monitor the service quality of the order processing function; respond & resolve end-customers’ complaints & inquiries
• Prepare order replenishment and counter inventory analysis
• Assist the manager to review, revamp and maintain all order management standard operating procedures and user manual for corporate governance and quality assurance

4  Competitive Intelligence

• Keep abreast of the competitors’ product launches, price and relevant product details
• Maintain the centralized competitive intelligence database
• Assist the manager to develop relevant processes and tools to execute the competitive pricing study in an effective & sustainable manner

4  Perform any other duties as assigned by Immediate Supervisor

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Logistics & Supply Chain, Marketing or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in Retail Administration, Supply Chain/Inventory Management or related experience; 2 years of experience in supervisory position in Customer Service, Retail Administration or related experience
• Minimum 2 years experience in SAP Sales Distribution Module & understand the order management cycle
• Experience in SAP Business Intelligence
• Good analytical skills and able to present in a group setting and lead discussion
• Strong organization and prioritization skills; ability to adapt to a dynamic & frequent changing business environment
• Strong customer intimacy, self-starter and detail-minded
• Proficiency in MS Excel at advanced level
• Excellent in both written and spoken English and Chinese communication
