工作職責：

1. 內外部溝通協調

1. 公司內部溝通協調，及時彙報香港倉庫日常運作情況，妥善處理緊急任務；

2. 與香港當地供應商，政府機構溝通協調，如勞務供應商，配送供應商，設備設施耗材供應商，房東，政府機關等；

3. 與香港客戶溝通協調，妥善處理客戶的需求；

1. 團隊管理和發展

   1. 建立和維護團隊，確保穩定和持續地發展；

   2. 員工發展和規劃，確保員工和公司共同發展；

   3. 與公司內其他團隊協調發展；

2. 業務管理和發展

   1. 配合客戶，供應商，公司其他部門開展新專案，確保專案順利開展；

   2. 總體負責香港地區的倉儲配送業務，包括計畫，收貨，檢驗，入庫，盤點，揀貨，覆核，打包，裝箱，配送，客戶投訴處理各環節工作；

   3. 確保香港倉庫高效，低成本，高服務品質的服務客戶，確保倉庫和配送日常運作的順利開展；

   4. 配合客戶和總部的發展規劃，規劃香港地區的倉儲配送發展

崗位要求：

1. 高級文憑以上學歷；

2. 5年以上相關工作經驗，3年以上團隊管理經驗；

3. 熟練使用excel，visio等Microsoft軟體；

4. 熟悉香港地區物流管理和倉儲配送業務；

5. 熟悉香港第三方勞務公司（第三方勞務公司即可提供臨時工，小時工，勞務派遣人員等中介公司），可隨時協調人員供應；

6. 優秀的緊急狀況下的業務處理能力；

7. 優秀的溝通能力；

8. 英文，普通話，廣東話
